What to expect

We Will…

  • We’ll cover whether you have any past experience with yoga and any injuries I may need to be aware of.

  • We’ll talk about why you’re interested in yoga and what you’re hoping to achieve during our time together. From all things physical strength to mental resiliency.

  • This is a chance for you to share what you need from me and for me to share what I need from you for this to be a successful partnership and for you to reach your goals.

  • I will have you walk through some preliminary postures to assess your current ability and help me tailor future flows to your goals and skill level.

  • I will take a minute to explain what our future sessions will look like so that you can feel prepared for what’s to come and be ready to enjoy discovering your very own yoga practice.

Your Investment = $30

We Will…

  • The session will begin by focusing on the goals and desires that we established in your consultation.

  • I’ll help you with your postures and walk you through your very own flow, while guiding you into proper form.

  • We can use the rest of our time covering any of the other seven yoga limbs that will help you meet your personal needs. Limbs like dhyana (meditation) and pranayama (breathwork).

  • I will share yoga philosophy and history to help deepen your understanding of your yoga practice as it is fitting and helpful in reaching your personal goals.

  • I will have some material for you to take home so you feel prepared to practice on your own. This will allow you to reach your goals and help you improve by the time we meet again.

Your Investment = $40

We Will…

  • Between the two of you, we can decide what practices are most important to focus on during our time. Whether it’s a specific part of the body or diving into specific limbs of yoga.

  • Couples sessions are the perfect hybrid between a private session and a group session. You get to experience community and the sensation of group energy but you’re provided with more customization to each of your needs. The smaller session size provides me the opportunity to be more present with each of you.

  • The rest of the time is used to walk through any of the other seven limbs that interest the two of you, such as dhyana (meditation), pranayama (breathwork), and more.
